My previous making appointment in English explained some phrases which are commonly used in making appointment or arrangement to meet someone. Making appointment will state to ask to meet, suggest time to meet, agree a suggested time, reject or refuse a suggested time to meet, and change or cancel the appointment.
Making appointment can be spoken straightly in a face to face conversation. It also can be made by telephone call.
